At Shopify Store, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you may request a return within 4 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and packed with all original tags and packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within a few working days. Please note that used items or products damaged by the customer are not eligible for return or refund.
